Not enough Minecraft at The Streamer Awards? The Crafted Together Awards are coming to fix that

Wraithzeon 12 September, 2025 2 minutes read

InsideMC has revealed an awards show to celebrate the best of creators and projects the Minecraft community has to offer.

The show is titled the “Crafted Together Awards” and will take place on Saturday 29th November, at 6pm GMT / 1pm EST.

“The Streamer Awards are incredible,” says Orbitzz, the owner of InsideMC, the studio behind the project.  “However, since removing the Minecraft Creator Award, creators in our space struggle to get nominated for or win other categories.  I wanted to offer forty opportunities for different creators in the space to get the recognition they deserve.”

Those forty opportunities are split between four major categories: “Events”, “SMPs & Storytelling”, “MCSR” (i.e. Minecraft Speedrunning), and “General”.  Each category will have ten awards, with the winners decided by the audience.

“The show itself will be fully held inside Minecraft,” Orbitzz tells us.  “We’re still sorting out the exact specifics, but it will be streamed on my Twitch.  Access to the server will all be revealed at a later date.”

“My main goal – as it always has been with InsideMC – is just to bring this community together,” Orbitzz says.  “X is constantly full of negativity or hate, so I wanted to combine communities through the form of the multiple big categories, and hopefully introduce community and creators to different aspects they may not have heard of.  It’s always been my main goal, but this is hopefully my best attempt yet.”

With this being a massive undertaking for the studio, this year will act as somewhat of a trial or “pilot” for the project, with the hopes of expanding in future years.  “We want to put something out there, show people the concept, see if they’re interested in it, and then go full-send next year,” Orbitzz explains.  “Of course, we’re still putting in the effort to make this year great!”

Nominations for each of the awards will open next Saturday (20th September), with voting opening at a yet-to-be-revealed date after that.  You can stay up to date with the Crafted Together Awards on their brand new X.
